About Us

The Felix Adler Children’s Discovery Center is a signature attraction for Clinton, Iowa and the surrounding area.  With over 23,810 visitors from 2008-2009, we serve 6 counties in Iowa and Illinois, as well as tourists from several states.

We strive to entertain, teach, and engage families in learning activities – and to provide a place where children play to learn and adults learn to play again.

As well as our many fun and educational interactive exhibits, we provide literacy and mentoring programs in collaboration with major retailers, the public and private school systems, preschools, after school programs, the library, and the community.

Our facilities also include two imaginatively themed special event rooms which make great venues for birthday parties and get-together’s – and a newly renovated gift shop with a variety of fun, unique, and educational gifts at all price ranges.
